For Milan Design Week, Loro Piana and Dimoremilano debut together to present La Prima Notte di Quiete. The captivating experience unfolds, like a film, at the Cortile della Seta courtyard in the Maison’s Milan headquarters, bringing a fully furnished Loro Piana house to life. From the dining room, spotlighted with the Valsesia table, to the living room featuring a sunken velvet sofa – conviviality runs through the entire experience like a fil rouge. The bathroom, complete with the Quarona poufs, invites relaxation, while the Varallo bed in the bedroom hints at the tubular steel element of the dining table. A privileged view of the furniture and materials emerges, inviting onlookers to engage with the finest in both design, comfort, and understated luxury.

Immerse yourself into a refined way of living

In the vintage-style cinema foyer, complete with leopard-spotted carpets and eye-catching brass appliqués, visitors prepare to step through the sumptuous red velvet curtains and view La Prima Notte di Quiete.

Punctuated with new accents

Into the dining room, the Valsesia table in lacquered wood comes decked in Altai wool and cashmere fabric, the ideal place to spotlight the new Punti a Maglia porcelain tableware. The delicate creations are carefully handcrafted in Limoges by the skilled hands of dedicated artisans.

A joint quest for excellence

The various rooms are punctuated by exceptional furniture created by Dimorestudio designers Emiliano Salci and Britt Moran for Loro Piana Interiors. Among these are the Quarona poufs and coffee tables, where curved wooden bands embrace padded seats covered in Cashmere Ladakh and wool and alpaca Incas. These unique creations mark the coming together of like-minded spirits – united by a shared passion for savoir-faire, excellence, and ultimate quality.

Defining the entire experience is an emphatic emphasis on sensorial touch – emblematic of the Maison’s most iconic creations and steeped in its textile legacy. With its velvet-covered box spring and cashmere bed cover, the round Varallo bed melds refinement with a sumptuous fee in the serene confines of the bedroom.
